'Our Mental Health Matters Too!"
The Pandemic’s Toll on the Mental Health of Our Youth. Adolescence is a crucial period for developing and maintaining social and emotional habits important for mental well-being. These include adopting healthy sleep patterns; taking regular exercise; developing coping, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; and learning to manage emotions.
Through this poster, I hope to encourage and spread the message that teenagers' mental health is as important as any other people o society, and this poster is not only targetted to teenagers to encourage them to seek help but also the adults who may be neglecting their children's mental health.
