INSTRUCTION:
Week 05-Week 06
In week 8, I decided on my research method, research medium, and survey questions. From there, I grouped them up in a document file for the feedback session during class. This is the first draft BEFORE I have conducted my data research.
Before Date Research:

After 12 days and 81 respondents, I closed the Google Form and collected all the responses in a Google Sheet. The embed below is the Google Sheet.

Week 09
I was advised to fact-check my statement on the age group when justifying in the Google doc.15 years old is way too young for minimum working age and 54 can be extended to 60+, no need to opt any age group out. Next, I was told to change my question from "What would you prefer to see in an effective SOP-related visual?" to a more effective question like "What kind of imagery/ graphic elements in an SOP-related visual would prompt you to take action and create more awareness in you?". After that, I was also advised to state a justification for my method of an online survey.
Week 10
After fixing the justification for my age group from last week’s feedback session, Dr. Jinchi acknowledged the update and I can use this age group for my survey. When viewing my survey, multiple things are pointed out that needed to be corrected such as the research topic which can make me create a misleading survey that doesn’t match my topic and research. In the survey description, I was advised to add my name as an introduction, and some grammar issues in my disclaimer are also updated with Dr. Jinchi’s advice. For question 3 in the general question section, I was advised to change the answer options to employed, unemployed, retired, and student instead of worker, employer, and student. I was asked about whether I got my answer options from literature and was advised to base my answers on literature instead of making them up myself. Lastly, I was advised to change the images used to more effective ones, we opened the MySejahtera app for reference and found dome suitable ones, Dr. Jinchi stated that it is best if I base my images selections on color, imagery, and text, which is my chosen basis for a good SOP-related visual.
Week 11
Upon viewing my questions, Dr. Jinchi commented that I should write a short sentence to justify the questions asked. Other than that, some grammar issues are corrected to better the respondents’ survey experience and their understanding of it. Lastly, Dr. Jinchi reminded me to ask questions and create answers that are from reliable resources or literature only, for example, the answers to questions 6 and 7.
Week 12
Dr. Jinchi advised me to share the survey more and not close them if the number of respondents has not reached at least 80 respondents. Dr. Jinchi also commented on how my ‘Survey sharing process’ section is not necessary however it is always great to be detailed, and also the others can refer to it for more survey sharing platforms. Dr. Jinchi also commented on my progress for the summary paragraph of each question, she stated that it is good and that I can keep doing it like this for the rest of my questions and answers.
Reflection:
As the last project before the final compilation of our research paper, this one was rather a fun one because the process of coming up with questions and sending them out to your friends and family creates lots of interaction and unexpected bonds. I'd say the overall experience was a great one, not just because I learned how to create an online survey by myself but I learned to create one with guidance from Dr. Jinchi which really reassured me from my doubts and insecurities. The data collecting process was also very fun to do because I got to see a variety of people, some I have never even met, sharing their personal experiences on my online survey. This project was like a conclusion to all the research and reading I have done previously so it is very satisfying and an overall fruitful experience this semester.
